What is Embroidery?

Embroidery is basically defined as decorating fabric using a needle and thread. We embroider directly onto all logo apparel and hats. But first, your logo needs to be digitized so that our embroidery machines can read the disk. The, the design or logo is sewn directly onto the material of the garment. The embroidered design essentially becomes a part of the material. Embroidery is different from a patch. To make a patch, a logo is embroidered on a piece of material first. Then, the patch is placed on top of and merely sewn or heat pressed on to a garment or hat.

Appearance

In general, embroidery is considered a nicer and classier way to present a design. An embroidered logo looks very nice on the left chest of a shirt. It is the preferred way to decorate a shirt with a logo by many companies, schools, and organizations. Thread has dimension. Therefore, an embroidered logo ends up being three dimensional. In addition, thread is coated. Therefore has a sheen that helps the colors pop to attention.

Pricing depends on a number of variables: stitch count and quantity. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, meaning the number of stitches it takes to create an embroidered design.
